Day 3 Gam-Med  orthopedic surgical Camp at Ndemban 

Plastic surgery

35 year old woman.

Suffered for three years with a right lower leg injury and chronic non-healing wound.

This was cleaned and scrubbed under spinal anesthesia avoiding a full general anaesthetic.

The wound was reconstructed with a split thickness skin graft (SSG) harvested from her thigh. She went home on the same day and the wound will heal quickly within a couple of weeks.

And also a 10year old female child had a successful plastic surgery done,She got burn by the Gas explosion at their resident in Bundung.

she is so happy because she can now move her hands freely,thank you again GAMed
